Advance your building and construction management career with this qualification. Learn the skills and knowledge to work in building management, production teams and the operations workforce to manage constructions from a small building business through to medium rise constructions.
During this course you will gain skills and knowledge of building codes and standards, structural principles, medium size building project management and how to supervise construction planning processes. In addition you will study legal obligations and contracts, monitor costing systems and develop policies and procedures.
This course structure is based on Australian building codes and regulations. International students should consider if these regulations are applicable in your own country. Upon completion of this course you can study further at university.
