Pathway application conditions
- Your Murdoch University tuition deposit fee will be between AUD$1,000 and AUD$5,000 and is confirmed at the time of your offer.
Step one: Before you apply
- Select your package of TAFE course and university pathway.
- You must appoint a shared education agent registered with both TIWA and Murdoch University to submit your application.
Step two: Your education agent applies to TIWA online
You need to provide the following for your agent to attach within the online application to TIWA.
- a copy of your passport details page;
- a copy of your academic results;
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) scores within last two years;
- a completed Murdoch University international student application form [PDF 293 KB](PDF document - opens in a new tab); and
- a completed TIWA Genuine Student (TGS) form.(opens in a new tab)(opens in a new tab)
Additional documents may be required
Applicants who are a citizen of a country listed on the Murdoch University website(opens in a new tab) will be required to submit (GS) documents for assessment including:
- the GS Stage 2 form(opens in a new tab);
- an up to date Curriculum Vitae;
- and a Personal Statement addressing the GS requirement.
Some applicants may also be asked to provide Murdoch' Declaration of Financial Capacity form(opens in a new tab) and supporting documents upon request.
Step three: Accepting your university pathway offer
To accept your Murdoch University pathway offer, you need to complete these final steps:
- Return your signed Acceptance Letters
- Transfer the payment as requested in your TAFE Letter of Offer
- Pay your AUD$1,000 to AUD$5,000 tuition deposit fee directly to TIWA
- Sign your Murdoch University Packaged Offer Contract
Timelines for application processing
- To prevent unnecessary delays, please ensure all required documents are completed and included when submitting your application to TIWA.
- Please note that TIWA’s Letter of Offer will not be issued until Murdoch University's Letter of Offer is received.
- Once we have received Murdoch University's Letter of Offer, TIWA will email you all your offer documentation together at the same time.
Accepting your TIWA to Murdoch University pathway package
- Once TIWA receive your signed acceptance letters and payment, you should receive your confirmation of enrolment (CoE) within seven working days.
- There are cutoff dates for applications and for finalising your acceptance – if you do not submit your application and accept the offer before the relevant cutoff dates, your offer will be deferred to the next available semester.
